Hello,

Welcome to my ePortfolio.

Growing up in a family with 12 educators across different subjects and grade levels, I have learned from my role models about being aware of learners' various needs, paying attention to details, never stop learning, being flexible and open-minded, trying new technology, and always searching and researching practical teaching tools, strategies, and methods to support diverse learners in more extensive learning.

Before pursuing a Ph.D. in instructional technology, I worked in the fields for six years and held roles from headquarter supporting staff (i.e., instructional designer, business analysts) to front-end staff (i.e., sales planner, trainer). Interacting with different professions in different industries eliciting my interests in the concept of learning science and its relationship with instructional design, particularly on learning, thinking process (or knowledge creation), and knowledge transfer across disciplines. My instructional design practices and research interests at the Ph.D. program dwell the adoption of various instructional design models and learning theories to promote learning and problem-solving.
